OK TO NOT BE OK

You don’t have to say you are ok when you aren’t ok. Respond and make people aware you are not ok. You are not alone and you are aloud to feel not ok.

It doesn’t matter what your title is in your life, we all struggle. Being there for humanity and allowing everybody to have days where they aren’t ok is something we all need to practice.

Check on people who say they aren’t ok and genuinely try to connect to share you care.

You never know when you could alter somebody’s day or be life changing.

Rich or poor we all have days where we may appear to be doing ok, but we aren’t.
